Pre-order Rules

• A 30% down payment is required to place an order.
  
• For some product lines, pre-orders are not guaranteed and are subject to allocation. In the event of an allocation cut where we’re unable to fulfill your order, your down payment will be fully refunded.

          Product lines that have experienced allocation cuts so far (as of February 2026):
          - Pokemon TCG (almost always)
          - One Piece Card Game (started January 2026)
          - Gundam Card Game (occasionally)

• If the allocation cut results in a customer receiving less than 1 unit, the customer will automatically be included in our raffle draw.
  
  Each customer receives 1 raffle entry per unit ordered (e.g. 10 Booster Bundles = 10 raffle entries).
  
  Example
  A customer ordered 2 booster bundles.
  Given allocation is 20%.
  20% of 2 is 0.4, which is less than 1.
  This customer will be included in the raffle and will receive 2 raffle entries.
  
  A customer can only win one (1) unit in the raffle. Once a customer wins, all of their remaining entries are removed.

  This is to ensure fairness, as all customers included in the raffle are those who would have received zero units after the allocation cut. Since the raffle exists to give these customers a chance to receive at least one unit, allowing anyone to win more than one unit would be unfair to the others in the same situation.

• If we are able to fulfill your order, the remaining 70% balance must be paid within 7 days after receiving the invoice. Failure to comply will result in order cancellation, and the down payment will be forfeited.
• Cancelling an order for reasons other than allocation cuts will result in the down payment being forfeited.
